Kermis Luxury Warranty Policy

At Kermis Luxury, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Our warranty applies to our moissanite watches, chains, bracelets, pendants, rings, and other jewelry products and is designed to protect customers against manufacturing defects.

6-Month Limited Warranty

All eligible Kermis Luxury jewelry is covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing and workmanship defects.

What Our Warranty Covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use, including:

  • Defects in craftsmanship or construction.
  • Defective clasps, links, locks, or other jewelry components.
  • Moissanite stones that become loose or fall out due to a verified setting or manufacturing defect.
  • Structural defects in chains, bracelets, pendants, and rings caused by faulty workmanship.
  • Manufacturing defects in watch cases, crowns, clasps, bracelets, and other components.
  • Watch movement defects resulting from a manufacturing issue.

If an issue qualifies under our warranty, Kermis Luxury may repair the item, replace the affected component, or provide a replacement product, depending on the nature of the defect and product availability.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, improper care, or external causes. This includes:

  • Scratches, dents, bending, stretching, or physical damage.
  • Broken chains, bracelets, clasps, links, pendants, or watch components caused by excessive force or impact.
  • Stone loss caused by impact, accidental damage, or improper handling.
  • Natural fading or wear of gold, rhodium, or other plated finishes.
  • Damage caused by perfumes, chemicals, cleaning products, chlorine, saltwater, or other harsh substances.
  • Water or moisture damage unless the product is specifically sold with applicable water-resistance coverage.
  • Damage caused during swimming, showering, exercising, sports, or manual work.
  • Loss, theft, or loss of the entire product.
  • Damage resulting from repairs, resizing, modifications, or servicing performed by a third party.

Normal wear of plating or surface finishes over time is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Custom & Iced-Out Jewelry

Many Kermis Luxury pieces are individually customized, stone-set, engraved, resized, or handcrafted. Because of this process, minor variations in stone placement, polishing, finishing, dimensions, or color tone may naturally occur and are not considered defects when they do not affect the product’s quality or functionality.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, contact Kermis Luxury Customer Support with:

  1. Your order number or valid proof of purchase.
  2. Clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  3. A brief description of the problem.

Our team will review your claim and may request that the product be returned for inspection.

Once inspected, we will determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect under our warranty.

Repair or Replacement

For an approved warranty claim, Kermis Luxury may:

  • Repair the original item.
  • Replace defective stones, clasps, links, or other components.
  • Repair or replace an eligible watch component or movement.
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable item when repair is not practical.

The appropriate solution will be determined by Kermis Luxury based on the condition of the product, nature of the defect, and availability of replacement parts or products.

Warranty Shipping

Customers may be responsible for shipping the product to Kermis Luxury for inspection or warranty service.

For international warranty claims, customers are responsible for providing accurate customs documentation and shipping charges when returning an item.

Warranty Eligibility

This warranty applies to eligible products purchased directly from Kermis Luxury or an authorized Kermis Luxury sales channel. Proof of purchase may be required.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Jewelry Care & Warranty Protection

To help protect your Kermis Luxury jewelry:

  • Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, chlorine, and cleaning products.
  • Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or performing heavy physical work.
  • Store each piece separately in a jewelry box or soft pouch.
  • Clean your jewelry gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush.
  • Regularly inspect clasps, links, and stone settings.

If you notice a loose stone, clasp, link, or other component, stop wearing the jewelry and contact us as soon as possible to prevent further damage.

Consumer Rights

This limited warranty is provided in addition to any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Kermis Luxury reserves the right to inspect warranty claims and determine whether damage qualifies as a manufacturing or workmanship defect under this policy.
